Grilled vegetables can easily compete with any other grilled food. This juicy, incredibly tasty, and healthy dish is the undisputed picnic leader this season!
1 sweet pepper
fresh coriander to garnish
soy sauce 50 ml
Here's how you make it:
Cut the vegetables into large pieces, do not forget to remove the core of the sweet pepper. Marinate zucchini, sweet peppers, and onions in soy sauce with a small amount of salt. Tomatoes are cut into thick circles, but not marinated. Otherwise, they will just crumble. Lay out the vegetables on a Carelia Grill® Grill rack or string them on a Carelia Grill® skewers close to each other.
Keep in mind that grilled vegetables are "afraid" of an open fire - they tend to burn easily. So, watch carefully!
Grill on one side and flip once. The cooking time for grilled vegetables should be no more than 15 minutes.
Garnish the veggies with fresh coriander.
