We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Handling time for orders 1-2 weeks + delivery time for international orders 1-2 weeks depending on the delivery destination.

All Carelia Grill® products are manufactured in beautiful North Karelia, Eastern Finland. Manufacturer and shipper of your order is FinEq International Oy.

When you receive the delivery confirmation from us, we will provide you with a tracking link so you can follow where your shipment is currently on its way.

Small international orders shipped in parcels will usually be delivered to your home (or in some cases to your nearest post office/parcel pick-up point, of which you will be notified by the deliverer).

Large and heavy orders (incl. large grills) will be shipped as freight and delivered to your home. The transport company will contact you before delivery to set up a convenient date and time for you to receive the order.
