200-250 g beefsteak
small white bread
2 tsp olive oil
1 red onion
1 sweet pepper
salt and pepper
Here's how you make it:
Take the beefsteak and cut it into thin slices. Preheat the Carelia Grill® Cast iron pan. Cut the bread in half, and fry in olive oil until golden brown. On the same pan fry chopped red onion and sweet pepper for 5-6 minutes. Salt/pepper to taste and transfer to a bowl.
Salt/pepper the meat layers. Clean the pan with a paper towel and add some olive oil to it. Fry the meat for 1 minute, turning over. Add the onion and pepper, fry, stirring for 1 more minute. Put cheese on top, and fry for 1 more minute.
When everything is ready, put the meat, cheese, and vegetables on the bread and fill with mayo and BBQ sauce as you like.
